Bunter Bird can be described as the avian version of the chameleon. Only, it changes ingredients instead of colors. Thus, it is different every time.
With the current Bunter Bird you get the famous “Easter Egg” from last year:
60% Äthiopien, Kooperative Shilicho, Arabica, washed
40% Äthiopien, Kooperative Taramesa, Arabica, natural
Yasmin and cocoa dominate here, paired with notes of ripe fruit and Earl Grey. Despite its rather light body, the Bunter Bird is wonderfully creamy with a silky mouthfeel.
We sell our coffee unground as beans so that you can prepare the coffee as freshly as possible. By grinding yourself, you make sure that all the aromas end up in your cup. After just 30 minutes of exposure to air, ground coffee loses a large part of its aroma. More information is in our FAQ.
