Our philosophy is that we get further together than against each other. We not only work closely with the cooperatives in the coffee-producing countries, but are also active and closely networked in many other contexts. The exchange and personal contact with the coffee producers and with other roasters is very important to us. Our most important network is the group of European roasters: Roasters United.
For us, working together is at the heart of what we do. The capitalist world in particular produces and provokes many competitive conflicts and unequal conditions. We will certainly not be able to abolish this, but perhaps make the world a little better. The coffee cooperatives receive a guaranteed minimum price of $2.75 per lb and in our company everyone receives the same wage.
